technical documentation. True to the proven motto &quot;Connections matter&quot;, around 800 participants and 29 exhibitors gathered to exchange ideas. There were 100 more participants than in the previous year, an impressive achievement for the conference. As a translation service provider and certified Quanos partner for the translation of SCHEMA ST4 content, we had our own stand at the event for the sixth time. The presentations on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oneword.de\/artikel\/quality-time-congree\/\">Congree<\/a> authoring support, which is now directly integrated into SCHEMA ST4 and available via the cloud, were particularly interesting. There were also many discussions focusing on the migration from TIM to ST4 and the move to the cloud, showing where the industry is heading.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-column nectar-blocks-column nectar-block\" id=\"block-zrIcaRjNrb\"><div class=\"nectar-blocks-column__inner nectar-blocks-column__content-wrap parent-block-block-zrIcaRjNrb nectar-blocks-column__wrapper\">\n<p id=\"block-BUz3QKWZT2\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text nectar-font-body\">The keynote speech by Sven Hannawald about resilience and preventing burnout was a highlight. The former ski jumping star shared valuable experiences in dealing with performance pressure and discussed the importance of mental health in demanding work situations. This is definitely a topic that is becoming increasingly relevant in our fast-moving industry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-MuVS8H0LBb\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text nectar-font-body\">Our stand at the Partner Fair was once again the perfect place for in-depth discussions with existing customers and prospective new clients. This direct dialogue gives us valuable insights into the current challenges and needs of our customers. FC N\u00fcrnberg (First Football Club Nuremberg) Max Morlock Stadium was a real highlight. After heavy rain showers in the morning, the weather cleared up in time for the evening programme and created a relaxed atmosphere. The goal wall shooting station provided additional entertainment and lightened the mood. You could even see the first Rock im Park visitors already on site with their campers, preparing for the upcoming festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-BSCM6xbBQB\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text nectar-font-body\">The traditional raffle caused hilarity, as some participants were drawn several times. But, of course, they were only allowed to win once. Our trade fair gift, a LEGO R2-D2, was very well received and made the winner&apos;s face light up. The event&apos;s impressive growth reflects positive developments on the entire market. We were able to take away many new ideas and are looking forward to incorporating the knowledge we gained into our day-to-day work.
