Meeting for the first time
An initial virtual meeting (approx. 30–45 minutes) for both parties to gain a first impression.

Face-to-face meeting on our premises
Second interview at our offices – depending on the position, this may include a test project (approx. 3 hours).

How can I apply to work at oneword?

Does oneword also offer flexible working arrangements such as working from home or a hybrid working model?
Yes, we place great importance on achieving a good work-life balance. Hybrid working and flexible working hours (outside core hours) are generally possible, depending on the position. At the same time, however, we also value face-to-face interaction in the office.
What does oneword’s application process look like?
Please apply by e-mail (see above) and we will review your application documents. If you are a good fit, we’ll arrange a virtual introductory meeting, followed by a face-to-face interview on our premises, possibly including a trial project. You will then receive clear feedback and information about the next steps. The procedure may vary slightly depending on the position.
