Quanos Connect 2025 once again proved why it is one of the most important industry events for technical documentation. True to the proven motto “Connections matter”, around 800 participants and 29 exhibitors gathered to exchange ideas. There were 100 more participants than in the previous year, an impressive achievement for the conference. As a translation service provider and certified Quanos partner for the translation of SCHEMA ST4 content, we had our own stand at the event for the sixth time. We were able to make numerous valuable contacts and gain exciting insights into the latest developments.

The conference was characterised by good discussions and many informative and practical presentations. The presentations on Congree authoring support, which is now directly integrated into SCHEMA ST4 and available via the cloud, were particularly interesting. There were also many discussions focusing on the migration from TIM to ST4 and the move to the cloud, showing where the industry is heading.

The keynote speech by Sven Hannawald about resilience and preventing burnout was a highlight. The former ski jumping star shared valuable experiences in dealing with performance pressure and discussed the importance of mental health in demanding work situations. This is definitely a topic that is becoming increasingly relevant in our fast-moving industry.

Our stand at the Partner Fair was once again the perfect place for in-depth discussions with existing customers and prospective new clients. This direct dialogue gives us valuable insights into the current challenges and needs of our customers. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the motivating conversations and numerous visits to our stand! Networking with other exhibitors proved to be particularly enriching and enabled new collaborations.

Once again, the evening event at the 1. FC Nürnberg (First Football Club Nuremberg) Max Morlock Stadium was a real highlight. After heavy rain showers in the morning, the weather cleared up in time for the evening programme and created a relaxed atmosphere. The goal wall shooting station provided additional entertainment and lightened the mood. You could even see the first Rock im Park visitors already on site with their campers, preparing for the upcoming festival.

The traditional raffle caused hilarity, as some participants were drawn several times. But, of course, they were only allowed to win once. Our trade fair gift, a LEGO R2-D2, was very well received and made the winner’s face light up. As usual, the event was organised impeccably – in everything from the excellent catering to the technical equipment, every detail was just right.

Quanos Connect 2025 was a complete success and once again emphasised how important personal networking is in our industry. The event’s impressive growth reflects positive developments on the entire market. We were able to take away many new ideas and are looking forward to incorporating the knowledge we gained into our day-to-day work. We are already looking forward to the next Quanos Connect.
